Celebrating Two of Our Favorite Friends!

Two of our all time favorite friends are having truly AMAZING weeks. Caitlin Krisko and Sarah Dodd have very different, but both very fantastic reasons to celebrate, and we invite you to do it with them!

Sarah and Alan Dodd welcomed a NEW BABY GIRL into the world on Friday October 24th! Nicknamed "Poppy-the sleep thief" she joins her big brother Spencer who was already doing a great job of keeping Sarah and Alan running around like crazy (in a good way!) Check out this gorgeous girl, and the brother she will be getting all her 'life lessons' from! Congratulations Sarah and Alan!! We Love You Guys!

And Caitlin Krisko, one of Rachel's best friends in the world, and a huge supporter of GTJ (she performed at our Los Angeles Trunk Show this past December) is on her way to becoming the STAR she already is to all of us!

There is just something about these rocks.. people love them! Where else can you find a gift with meaning, that looks SO cool, for under $30!

Check out Sugarland lead singer and guitarist Kristian Bush 'rocking' his rock! and Marco Pierre White, the internationally reknown chef, and star of the new NBC show "The Chopping Block" promises never to take his rock off! Guys dig these rocks, and we have to say.. they are super sexy!
Still, our favorite 'story' of the Cape Cod Rocks comes from our dear friends in Madrid. This summer, our favorite Spanish family took home 3 rocks for the kids, Ricardo, Gonzales, and Conchita. We asked if we could post their picture in our blog, and here is the letter we got back from their Dad, Ricardo.

The site that never sleeps..

Or more aptly, the site designers that never sleep! This is just a quick shout out to Kristen and Michael that spend countless hours working with me to make my 'Giving Tree Website dreams' come true! For my birthday in August, I asked for a site that was easier to navigate, more appealing, more shopper friendly, and these guys went to work! We now have PAYPAL as an option to buy! Kristen created gorgeous 'flash' images and a whole new 'hotlink' section (below the original site) that includes Giving Tree T.V. and Michael got the whole thing working! No easy task, and I have the multiple 3 am emails from the West Coast to prove it!
So, to Michael and Kristen a huge THANK YOU! and to all our loyal customers, ENJOY! I hope it does indeed make shopping easier and more fun for you, because that is what matters most to us.
